59. Day - Welcome to Sydney
Bangkok at 6am to 10am Melbourne time and time machine has landed the JetStar. In Melbourne I had 3h stop before it went to Sydney. Once I first had to book a room on the internet, because I did not want to run with my heavy backpack from hostel to hostel. I've chosen the Alfred Park Hostel. It is a 4-bed rooms with bath for about 16 € including the night and this is by far the cheapest I've found everything else costs 35 € aufwärst and upwards for a single room as many as 45 €, if you want to stay fairly central. The weather in Sydney is fairly mild, about 22 degrees and overcast, even sometimes it is drizzling, and unfortunately it is all week stay that way. So pitch for me. Well, the main thing I'm cold not like you in faraway Germany. Is quite unusual to have sturdy shoes and long pants ;-)
Since the plane is hardly to sleep, I was in the room (which I currently still vacant fortunately alone) 2h placed on the ear, to regain his strength. Then I had to do a few Formailtäten the internet and I was then made to 22h in the hostel to spatzerien the port. From here it's good 4-5km walk, but I have enjoyed very much. Due the beautiful pictures and impressions of spatziergang was also very valuable. But just look to see time itself, the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Opera, Hyde Park is ink. St. Mary's Cathedral and the Archibald Fountain. Tomorrow I will take it once the city in daylight under the microscope. The first Eendruck is in itself very positive, I am reminded strongly of San Francisco and some New York.
